Payment Method
Rental payments for Casa Carole can be made by sending a wire transfer or Electronic Funds Transfer to our bank account at JP Morgan/Chase, or by other arrangements. We will provide you with the necessary banking information upon confirmation of reservation.
Deposits & Cancellations
We require a 50% deposit to hold your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Once you confirm your booking with your deposit, there are no refunds for cancellations, unless we are able to re-rent your time for the same dates and at the same rate. We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance available online. Try Travelguard.com, a well-respected online company, or the agent who books your airfare can also provide this service.
COVID Policy
Our COVID policy is this (and who in the world would have thought 6 months ago we would have a COVID policy):
The deposit (1/2 of total booking) is due on the date of rental, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. If, prior to the 45 days, you choose not to stay at the villa, I will keep your deposit and rebook your stay at a mutually agreeable date or refund your deposit. If, within the 45 days, you choose not to stay, I will keep your deposit and rebook your stay at a mutually agreeable date. If the Government places a Travel Ban, and it is not possible to travel prior to your arrival date, I will rebook at a mutually agreeable date or refund your monies.
